MRES is located in Towson, MD, in Suite 101 of the Towson Corporate Center. Our office staff includes eight full and part-time employees.
Our computer system allows us to track inspections and maintenance
work for our clients, and our communication systems keeps
us in constant touch with our affiliated contractors and field
inspectors. Contractors and field inspectors are required
to carry a cellular phone or pager while on the job and must
have access to a fax machine and the internet at home.
MRES has 25 trained inspectors and 20 affiliated contractors
with crews working in the field to meet the client's needs.
Most contractors/inspectors have been associated with the
company for an average of 4 years.
Workmanship is held to a high standard of competence and client
satisfaction.
Paperwork is expected to be submitted promptly along with
required documentation and in such detail as to meet the clients
specific requests, i.e. photographs and measurements. Contractors
must carry insurance including errors and omissions as well
as liability and workman's compensation.
MRES routinely inspects the work performed by its affiliated
contractors and inspectors to ensure quality. Any and all
client concerns are immediately addressed and resolved.
Maryland Real Estate Services was founded in 1986 by Thomas
Neimiller. MRES is currently one of the region's largest property
protections and preservation firms servicing the mortgage
banking industry. The company has evolved into a regional
business and is affiliated with many of the national mortgage
companies.
