The company performs regular
routine property site inspections. MRES' field inspectors
are trained professionals with a thorough knowledge of the
property code in their assigned area. During their inspections
the field inspector will check for vacancy, code violations
and vandalism. In cases of payment delinquency the field inspector
will attempt to contact the property occupant on behalf of
our client. Routinely, MRES performs over 8,000 inspections
a month on a timely basis. |

MRES services both
residential and commercial properties in adherence to industry
requirements and HUD guidelines. Services include property
inspections, evictions and maintenance.
MRES specializes in evictions and over
the years has built an excellent rapport with local law enforcement
agencies. The company provides the eviction team necessary
to get the job done expediently and to meet the local team
requirement. For instance, in Washington, D.C. an eviction
team must have 25 members. In addition, our eviction team
leader manages the process and secures the property, which
in most cases includes returning in 24-72 hours later to remove
debris.
All required maintenance work is
first reported to the client in writing with our bid. No work
is done without client approval. |
